Job Description

Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) Pavillion, KL RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Greet and Serve incoming customer
  • Perform various data entry
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Perform various aspect of inventory management
  • Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
  • Provide create, reply, feedback, follow up in email, message and call
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties.
REQUIREMENT:
  • Minimum SPM
  • Speak Malay and English
  • Willing to learn & start from below
  • Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in customer service is a huge advantage.
WORKING LOCATION: Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) - The Garden Mall. Lingkaran Syed Putra, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Bukit Bintang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
