MUST ABLE SPEAK AND WRITE MANDARIN
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Must be able to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Must have own laptop.
Able to work at site office and adapt to a construction working environment.
At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or site environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsible, independent, and detail-oriented in handling documents and tasks.
Able to liaise professionally with suppliers, staff, and government officers.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities:
Manage and handle daily site office operations.
Prepare and organize Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and related documents.
Liaise with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and payments.
Assist in payment processing, staff claims, and petty cash handling.
Maintain and update employee attendance records.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are well maintained.
Coordinate with government authorities during site inspections or compliance matters.
Perform other administrative support duties assigned by management.
