Job Description

A small established trading and distribution company is seeking an experienced Admin Executive with a strong background in import & export documentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and compliance across all logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:


? Handle a full set of import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, etc.)
? Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and freight forwarders on scheduling and delivery matters.
? Track shipment timelines and update relevant departments accordingly
? Maintain accurate filing and records of shipping and administrative documents
? Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements:



? Knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
? Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
? At least 2 years working experience in administration or logistics coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
