Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
Responsibilities:
Identify and prepare communication letter to client in requesting information or documents
Update and manage tracker of the documents received
Follow up calls to clients on the letters sent
Respond to leads/queries received from various channels
Support the team in all clerical related functions and tasks assigned
Manage and review documents received for submission
Daily and Monthly reports
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
