Job Description

Location: Office is based in Jalan Tun Perak

Industry: Banking

Working hours: 8.45am - 5.45pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.45am - 4.45pm (Friday)

Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel

Responsibilities:

Identify and prepare communication letter to client in requesting information or documents Update and manage tracker of the documents received Follow up calls to clients on the letters sent Respond to leads/queries received from various channels Support the team in all clerical related functions and tasks assigned Manage and review documents received for submission Daily and Monthly reports
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
