Job Description

Handle full set of Monthly Reporting & Analysis, Admin Functions

Responsibilities



1. Stationery inventory stock take

2. Update stationery inventory movement

3. Monitor stationery stock level

4. Distribute stationery as per request by respective department

5. Ordering Stationery and received stationery as per Purchase order

6. Prepared PR for stationery and pantry items

7. Prepared Payment Requisition Form for Administration Function

8. Source quotation and select vendor for Complex and Ferry Terminal Division

9. Arrangement of goods delivery or work schedule

10. Prepared PO and send PO to selected vendor

11. Follow up outstanding PO.

12. Prepared letter for discount ferry ticket booking

13. Prepared letter for weekly HSD

General Duties



1. Manage filling and labeling system for Finance & Admin Department

2. Monitor on Administration Function

3. Follow up of Outstanding PO

4. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time when required.

5. Adheres to Ferry Terminal policies as issued by the management.

6. Adapts to industry changes as necessary from time to time.

7. To carry out any assignments directed by the Management.

8. Keeps up-to-date with latest industrial developments and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
