Requirements:
2 years working experience or secondary level in education
Carry own transport
Able to work office hour and weekend
Fluent speaking in Chinese, English or Malay
Job Scope :
Handle daily office administration task
Including coordinate with vendor and customer
Invoice and receipt documentation filling
Quotation and proposal preparation
Payroll & payment advice
Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
Meeting minutes and departmental report
Prepare event and meeting needy before hand
