Handle daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting arrangements
Updating and maintaining new client and supplier databases
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Administrative or Higher
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
