Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, records, invoices, and quotations
Manage correspondence (emails, letters) and schedule meetings
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide administrative support to the management team
Handle ad hoc tasks and ensure timely completion
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Experience in preparing invoices and quotations (familiarity with accounting/ERP software such as Million is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
