Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirements and practice.
Coordinate activities and schedule meetings and training
Prepare reports, minutes, memos, letters, notices, emails and other documents
Review document and agreements (tenancy agreement/franchise agreement)
Perform day to day admin tasks
Communicate and answer customers & franchisees' inquiries
Handle business licence, utilities account application, renewal, and termination.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
Good in English and Chinese writing
Able to speak Mandarin
Able to start in short notice
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally
Experience in legal firm will be advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
