Tanggungjawab Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management. Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; respond or route enquiries appropriately. Prepare, process, and follow up on quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documents. Maintain and update customer, supplier, and internal records accurately. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to support daily operations. Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with basic coordination tasks. Prepare simple reports, summaries, and trackers as required by management. Ensure proper filing of physical and digital documents in accordance with company procedures.
