Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Forwarding incoming email (Inquiry and order) to purchaser
- Communicate directly with the customers with regard to the pricing confirmation and ensure that their Pos are issued accordingly
- Communicate with Operation Executive for the fulfilment of the orders
- Handle all customers related issues which include aftersales matter
- Diploma/Degree holder
- 1-2 years admin work experience in any industry
- Working day / hour : 5.5 working days - Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am-1pm
- Company benefits : Annual leave start from 14 days, Medical benefits
- Salary : RM2500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3000+
