Proficiency in Mandarin

Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Tanggungjawab
To track sales report, files invoices, forward phone calls, greet customers, schedule appointments, when necessary, make necessary arrangement (e.g., transportation, accommodation etc) when customer visits.
To process order and distribute to production team on time for order processing
To update customer on the delivery schedule and monitor on-time delivery arrangement
To update and maintain customer\'s database/filing.
To support to respective team\'s members from various department such as Marketing team and Operations team.
