Job Description


We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company\xe2\x80\x99s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. As our office admin, you are required to be Responsibilities:

  • Customer oriented
  • Conduct daily scheduling for technicians
  • Provide administrative support and collaborate with sales team
  • Able to multitasking
  • To coordinated various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, invoices data updating, records filling.
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaint
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Possess SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
  • Good attendance and punctuality is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (AutoCount etc.)
  • Good interpersonal, writing skill & Communication Skill (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin)
  • Full-Time position(s) available
