Requirements
  • Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field preferred).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a restaurant is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to learn and committed to work.
  • Familiar with Microsoft, Google Drive, Sheets, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and willing to travel and manage branches and outstation tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents.
  • Process daily invoices, weekly payment vouchers, and monthly statements for HQ and all branches.
  • Properly filing invoices, payment vouchers, monthly statements, and payroll in the Drive.
  • Coordinating between HQ and all branches.
  • Handling HQ and all branches' expenses and budgets.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team at HQ and branch staff.
  • Assisting branches in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting branches in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Assisting branches with letter management and proper record-keeping for all staff.
  • Arranging interviews and hiring documentation for branches.
  • Assisting in payroll administration, leave administration, and staff welfare.
  • Preparing and submitting statutory payroll contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Monitoring staff OT records and reimbursement submissions.
  • Keeping track of company uniforms and stationery quantities.
  • Monitoring stock levels at the warehouse.
