Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative or office support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is compulsory for this role)
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential documents
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, documentation, filing, and correspondence
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
• Assist in office coordination, such as supplies management and basic office support
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments when required
• May assist in related areas such as HR, purchasing or store operations if needed
