Job Description


  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient operation at the office
  • Organize and maintain proper office filling and record system
  • Manage phone calls, letter and prepare documentation in professional way
  • Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and capable in working as part of the team in order to meet reporting deadline
  • Managing mail and fax communications
  • Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
