Education & Experience SPM/Diploma/ Bachelor holder / other relevant professional certification
At least 1 year of relevant administrative/accounts experience.
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results driven.
Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
Strong organizational skill - Able to do multiple tasks and identify the priority effectively
Problem solving abilities: Able to identify issue and suggest, provide effective solutions, excellent in managing stress
Tanggungjawab
Support and perform the task required by directors.
Liaise closely with all the departments in relation to the administrative duties.
Assist of the road tax, and insurances of company vehicles.
Assist of the company outlet insurance and business license renewal, including tenancy agreements.
To liaise closely with the account team to maintain and develop databases on the utilities account whenever there are new outlets operate.
