  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Literate in SQL Accounting software
  • Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Tanggungjawab
Sales Support
  • Assist & support Key Account and Sales team for customers orders, activations or events.
  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients' inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Billing orders
  • Recording documents flow and filing
Procurement
  • To check stock on hand and forecast for purchasing
  • Able to handle stock record
  • To deal with supplier with new listing or new order
