Job Title: Administrative Executive
Carry out general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, documentation, and basic coordination.
Handle simple accounting-related tasks such as issuing invoices and managing e-invoicing.
Preferably experienced with POS system software and e-invoicing platforms.
Assist in day-to-day operations and support the team as needed.
Maintain good record-keeping and ensure smooth workflow in the studio/office.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
Passionate, responsible and willing to learn.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Experience with POS systems and e-invoicing is an added advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

RM 2,500 - RM 3,500
