Candidate should possess at least SPM or equivalent ; a diploma in degree in administration field is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word , Excel ) , Google Sheets
At least 1 year of working experience in any administrative position
Good communication and writing skills in English and mandarin
Willing to learn new skills and responsible in work and ability to work under pressure
Able to multi task , prioritize and managing time effectively

Assist in E-commerce administrative task ( Training provided )
Responsible for recording warehouse transaction , parcel , and ensuring inventory is processed organised
Manage data entry and making sure inventories are accurate with system at all times
Perform any other duties as assigned by the department manager
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
