Responsibilities

Assist in E-Commerce Administrative Tasks
Assist in E-Commerce Marketing Tasks
Respond to Customer Issues (Return/Refund, Warranty, Cancellations, Pending Orders)
Responsible for Recording Warehouse Transactions, Ensuring Inventory is Processed, Organized and Stored
Work closely with Operation Team in Warehouse and Fulfilment Matters
Manages Data Entry and Making sure Inventories are Accurate with System at All Times
Prepare and Present Monthly Report to Improve Store Performance
Perform any Other Duties as Assigned by the Department Manager
