Conduct daily checks of the hospital\'s surrounding areas, building structure, furniture, and ongoing construction areas to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
Create detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement necessary maintenance and repairs.
Reporting and Communication:
Compile and present comprehensive reports to the CEO on a regular basis, highlighting observed issues and proposing appropriate courses of action.
Communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to address concerns related to facility maintenance and improvements.
Compliance and Licensing:
Assist in preparing hospital licensing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough reviews of compliance requirements and work closely with relevant teams to address any deficiencies.
Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities and documentation.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential issues related to facilities and compliance, and take proactive measures to address them in collaboration with appropriate departments.
Troubleshoot any immediate concerns that may arise and propose timely solutions.
