Job Description


  • Manage basic client calls.
  • Understand basic general insurance
  • Check daily incoming emails
  • Prepare documents e.g. quotations, schedules etc
  • Prepare billings and invoices to clients
  • Liaises with internal and external parties to carry out job tasks
  • Carry out administrative duties e.g. updating the system, excel lists, follow ups
  • Check & prepare daily KIV reporting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
