Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members across various departments.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with foreign customers, particularly from China.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate also encourages to apply.
  • Willing to work in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist with organizing and managing electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to, human resources, finance, and operations.
  • Assist with other office tasks as needed, such as managing correspondence and preparing documents.
