Manage office supply procurement and inventory to ensure adequate stock; maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
Organize and archive company documents and records to ensure easy access and storage; prepare various documents, reports, and data statistics with accuracy and consistency.
Arrange company meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting minutes; assist with organizing company events, such as employee gatherings and training sessions.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, preparing necessary travel documents, and managing related expense reimbursements.
Provide necessary language support assist with translating important documents.
Communicate with Malaysian government agencies (such as the Immigration Department and IRB) to ensure smooth processing
Arrange necessary visas and work permits for clients entering Malaysia to ensure that their employees and representatives can enter and work legally.
Handle customer calls and emails, respond to basic inquiries, or direct complex issues to the relevant departments.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
