• Fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Preferably candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field;
• Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point);
• Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Able to work as a team member as well as an individual contributor;
• Sense of responsibility to complete task given.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of comprehensive support to the management in a highly professional, discreet and professional manner;
• Provide administrative support by managing, scheduling and making arrangements for appointments, meetings, and / or travel;
• To assist with information/data collection for better decision-making and problem solving as assigned;
• To work closely, with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication;
• To attend and prepare minutes of meeting as well as meeting with clients, business associates and to follow up closely with the necessary action.
• Prepare, manage and follow up on application and renewal of company related matters;
• Manage and organize documents, emails, and other materials, ensuring a systematic filing system;
• Responsible for full administrative duties for office and HR department such as replenishment of office supply, stationery and any other office necessity;
• Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendors / service providers for any office and facilities related issues (cleaner, Air-con Maintenance, etc.)
• To perform all tasks and duties required to support the overall goals of the Company.
