Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office documents, records, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Data entry, document preparation, and coordination.
Manage Boss schedule.
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Provide general support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
