The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties, coordinate communication between clinics and HQ, and assist in documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our dialysis centres.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
administrative support
for all hemodialysis centres under HQ .
Prepare and maintain
accurate records, reports, and correspondence
related to staff, patient management, and centre operations.
Coordinate with
branch managers, nurses, and HQ departments
on operational needs and follow-ups.
Manage
inventory requisition, documentation, and vendor communication
for dialysis supplies and equipment.
Assist in
staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and leave record updates
.
Support
licensing, certification, and compliance submissions
with MOH and related agencies.
Handle
data entry, filing, and system updates
for patient and administrative databases.
Participate in internal
audits, meetings, and training activities
as required.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all administrative tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
1-3 years of working experience
in administrative, healthcare, or clinic operations (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
Strong
organizational and communication skills
(verbal and written).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and comfortable using digital systems.
Ability to
multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
