Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



On board new joiner, add new employee fingerprints/biometric data into the office access Set up workstations, including computer, phone, email, and system access requests. Issue company assets (e.g., laptops, access cards, company phone and sim card) Coordinate the exit clearance procedure, ensuring all company assets are returned. Remove the resignee's fingerprint/biometric data from all accessAct as the first point of contact for office visitors. Coordinate cleaning service schedule. Provide general administrative support to teams as required. Process payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice management. Reconcile company credit card statements and petty cash.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are a plus. Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of attention to detail for handling sensitive data and processes. Strong ethical standards and discretion when handling confidential information.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
