Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration. Accounting to ensure up to date credit control. Issue receipt. Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc. Attend and assist residents query/ complaints tactfully arrange appropriate method. To handle documentation & administration of all policies by following house rules, SOP Assist in organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo. Taking care office administrative necessary. To generate reports to management & JMB
Job Requirements:

SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in any field Executive with 2 years working experience in Management Office/ Property Management. Willing to handle in customer service. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Teamwork, discipline, initiative, positive attitude. Office location: Kuala Lumpur/Selangor Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
