:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Admin Executive. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll provide excellent customer service and assist the Admin Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:



Handle daily admin tasks: filing, data entry, documentation. Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and office supplies. Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and internal communication. Support office operations, HR/admin tasks, and general coordination.

Requirements:



Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office; able to work independently. Experience in admin roles is an added advantage.

Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM (Lunch Break) - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM (Lunch Break) - 3:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
