Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, English
• Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
• Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle office correspondence
• Maintain proper record-keeping and update company database
• Support management in ad-hoc tasks and office coordination
