The role involves general administration that will support the purchasing and merchandizing team. In the initial stages, the role will be more focused on administration and processes that focus more on the F&B department. This may evolve further in the future as the company grows and expands. Responsibilities: Collating the needs and issuing the Purchase Orders for raw materials in bakery and hot kitchen. Consolidate the daily G&G order and PO issuance to the respective suppliers. Assume the role as the primary point of contact for the daily ordering in the F&B Operations Updating the ERP System. This includes updating of recipes, keying in stock adjustment, executing price and cost changes (sales), setup for new SKU listing Keying in daily stock adjustment, IBT and IDT based on the store input for the necessary approval processes Arrange meetings, manage the meeting minutes and provide reminders as needed Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records Provide suggestions on means to improve the daily administrative processes Support projects across the business to enable better effectiveness "Curating goodness for you and your community" Qra (pronounced: Q-ra); We are a modern, neighbourhood grocer, constantly evolving to provide better services to the community.
