Position : Admin Executive Location : Old Klang Road Salary range : RM 3,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 3,500 Working hours : 5 days a week Job Scope \xc2\xb7 To handle any new company branches\' setup activities including facilities purchase order, furniture installation and maintenance requests. \xc2\xb7 To liaise or search new quotation for any facilities or renovations activities that required by the new company branches / project assigned. \xc2\xb7 To follow up with relevant parties such as contractors / designers / internal staffs for the progress of the specific projects assigned or new branches\' matters. \xc2\xb7 To provide project updates / branches setup progress on consistent basis to the management. \xc2\xb7 To negotiate with any potential vendors for property details and on-boarding them with our company services. \xc2\xb7 To act as a coordinator with potential tenants / clients to understand their requirements and requests for filling the vendors\' vacant units. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Preferably candidate possess at least Diploma / bachelor\'s degree of Project \xc2\xb7 Management / Business Administration / Real Estate Management / Property Management or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Preferably at least 1 year & above of relevant working experience especially in real estate industry. \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel as this role may require travelling for new branches visiting etc. \xc2\xb7 Independent with minimum supervision, good communication, fast learner Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
