Job Description


Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations (order processing/product listing/stock Inventory).
  • Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, emailing, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, toiletries, and inventory for the office.
  • Performing other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision, reliable and responsible.
  • Language fluency in Mandarin and English.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
