As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to contract renewals, company memos, and maintenance coordination. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by handling agreements, internal communications, and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
Oversee the renewal process for store leases and service contracts.
Maintain and organize contract records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Liaise with landlords, vendors, and service providers regarding agreements and terms.
Company Memo & Documentation
Prepare, distribute, and archive company memos and announcements.
Ensure clear and professional internal communication within the company.
Manage and update administrative documents and policies as required.
Maintenance Coordination
Handle store and office maintenance requests and coordinate with relevant service providers.
Ensure timely repairs and upkeep of facilities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Keep records of maintenance schedules, issues, and resolutions.
General Administrative Support
Assist in daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with different departments to support operational needs.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualification:
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
