Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assists in day-to-day administrative task related to development and construction project Maintain records, documents and files Perform data entry and record keeping Assists and liaise with agents, lawyer and banker Support project scheduling and coordination efforts Any ad-hoc task by the Managements

Requirements:



Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in construction industry administrative roles is highly preferred 3-5 years of experience in development and construction Well organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Able to work independently with minimal of supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
