Job Description


: - Have experience in Rental, Utility and other collections. - Preparation of official letters to client. - To perform maintenance of existing properties - Identification of new purchases. - Sales and rental of existing properties. - To do Advertising and marketing of properties. - Identification of defects in properties (Technical work). Requirements: - Preferably Degree in Property Management Sales & Marketing, Admin or equivalent. - Wiring, Plumbing, roofing and other technical skills are preferred. - More than 3 years experience in property management (Commercial building & Housing). - Must be able to go for site visit when required. - Able to drive manual (non-automatic) cars. - Posses own transport. - Hardworking and flexible. - Preferable male.
