Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office management experience
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and current automobile insurance
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing with email enquiries
Taking minutes
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Data entry (sales figures, document compilation etc.)
General office management such as ordering stationary
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Financial Consultant and Senior Management
