Kelayakan

  • Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications) are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Able to multitask, proactive and meticulous.
  • Able to efficiently handle tasks and responsibilities.
Tanggungjawab
  • Perform general administration, clerical work, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Responsible for data entry, preparation of invoices and receipts, and processing documents.
  • Responsible for day-to-day office tasks, including file management, supply procurement, and office area management.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff.
  • Assist in handling internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
