Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/A Level/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Prefer 1-2 Years working experiences in any field
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• Pleasant personality, self-motivated & team work
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good attitude, committed and willing to learn new task
• Good organizing skills with the ability to time manage and prioritize
• Possess own transport
• Mandarin Speaker Language preferable
• Available to start work immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company such as arrangement of installation of Air-Con, and perform data entry into system
• Coordinate the planning and smooth operational function
• Arrange and keep track of installation service for sales order
• Communicate with internal and external parties and solve issues relates to Air-Cond installation service for sales order
• Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely
• Prepare related report and discuss daily Air-Cond installation progress with management team
• Maintain good relationship with our business partners and proactively explore opportunities
• Be able to comply to the positive culture of the company
• Provide administration support to other Business Unit, as maybe required.
