Job Description


  • Knowledge in Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Intelligence (S4 HANA)
  • Certified in SAP University Alliances and Certified in LCCI from EDI
  • Demonstrable experience with business metrics.
  • Adequate communication skills.
  • A self-directed worker with superior time management skills
  • Fully discreet and confidential in all office matters.
  • Experienced in multitask who can prioritize daily workloads.
  • Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills
  • People oriented and results driven.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full documentation in organization including follow up tenancy agreement, rental agreement, licensing agreement, insurance agreement.
  • Arranging both internal and external events such as live streaming, collaboration events with minister in Malaysia and China to escalate company image and sales.
  • Seeking new supplier, contractor, and vendor with relevant service provided when necessary to acquire best price before action taken to purchase, renovate, service etc.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and layout of office and production facilities, equipment, supplies, furniture etc.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and segregate responsibilities to ensure performance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements with document related.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • To design banner and infographics when necessary with contingency for VIP visitation to minimize cost and time incur.
  • To secure sensitive information in a confidential manner such as company expenses, passport details, access key to entire building etc.
  • To prepare, support and entertain VIP\'s meals, desserts, travel and tour on business related required.
  • Petty Cash responsibility, monitoring and management.
  • Resolve administrative problems.
  • Ad hoc duties related to the position and to the ongoing service needs as required.
