Responsibilities
Your role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Manage incoming orders from customers and outgoing orders to suppliers.
Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in arranging materials, equipment, and other resources for company events to ensure smooth execution.
