Responsibilities
  • Your role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • Manage incoming orders from customers and outgoing orders to suppliers.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in arranging materials, equipment, and other resources for company events to ensure smooth execution.
