Key Responsibilities



1. Administrative Support



Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and documentation. Prepare letters, memos, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain accurate databases for marketing contacts, leads, and campaigns.

2. Marketing Operations Assistance



Support the execution of marketing campaigns, student recruitment drives, and promotional events. Liaise with vendors, printers, and service providers for marketing materials. Assist in creating, proofreading, and distributing promotional content.

3. Event Coordination



Assist in planning and organising education fairs, open days, roadshows, and school visits. Manage event logistics, registration, and on-site administrative tasks. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding during events.

4. Digital Marketing Support



Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms, emails, and online chats. Assist with updating website content, social media postings, and online ads. Compile analytics and engagement reports for digital campaigns.

5. Budget & Procurement Assistance



Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and payment claims for marketing activities. Track marketing expenses and maintain budget records.

6. Internal Coordination



Liaise with academic departments, admissions, and student services for marketing-related requests. Coordinate schedules, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups for the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements



SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 1-2 years of administrative or marketing support experience, preferably in education. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin . Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
