We are hiring an Admin Executive who is able to assist the Service Department in providing administrative support by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and data entry. The candidate would also be required to liaise with technicians, third party providers, clients and suppliers. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working closely with the Service Manager to coordinate appointments and services, prepare scheduling and process service-related paperwork. You\xe2\x80\x99re also required to assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.   • To coordinate all matters and provide administrative support to the Service Department.
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
  • Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
  • Assist in monitoring general office administration, office facilities and maintenance.
  • Liaise with Suppliers and Customers for payment and collection related matters.
  • Correspond with Project Engineers and Technicians regarding billings and claims.
  • Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required by the management.
  • Ensuring implementation and maintenance of key standards and guidelines for SIRIM ISO 9001:2015.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in relevant fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate is computer literate, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month Benefits:
