Collaborate closely with the key Account Manager to support the management of Johor Bahru and Melaka customers. (No travel required, office-based work only)
Ensure timely follow-up with customers in JB and Melaka regarding sales inquiries, sales reporting, and other documentation requirements.
Proactively engage with customers via phone to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Generate competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
Provide assistance with documentation and relevant administrative tasks.
Facilitate the preparation and processing of orders associated with projects involving partners, vendors, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate customers\xe2\x80\x99 registration and records.
Undertake additional job-related responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis as directed by Managers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or other Business fields.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
Past experience managing invoices and administration responsibilities in MNC and corporate offices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Words.
Training will be provided.
