Admin Executive (operation Support)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily administrative tasks related to pharmacy operations. Prepare, update, and maintain operational documents such as sales reports, stock records, staff schedules, and internal files. Act as a liaison between pharmacy outlets, outlet managers, and management. Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave records, and work schedules. Support purchasing activities, including invoices, delivery orders, and supplier records. Assist in preparing periodic operational reports for management review. Support the implementation of SOPs, company policies, and operational instructions. Handle internal enquiries and perform ad-hoc operational tasks when required.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Pharmaceutical a related field. Experience in administrative or operations support roles is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email). Good communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Able to work in a fast-paced and multitasking environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
