Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM
Proficiency in English / Bahasa Malaysia and preferably Mandarin too (*not compulsory)
Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills - being able to work independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of e-Invoice would be an added advantage
Reasonable comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the colleagues, customers and suppliers
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
