The Admin Executive will support daily administrative and operational activities of the Personal Financing Company. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating internal processes, maintaining records, and assisting in compliance-related tasks. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain customer and loan documentation (physical and digital).
Handle data entry, filing, and records management.
Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, credit, compliance) for smooth loan processing.
Manage office supplies and ensure proper recordkeeping.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers, when needed.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks and company procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or operations role (experience in financial services is a plus).
SKILLS:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English (and local language, if applicable).
Basic understanding of personal financing processes is an advantage.
