Requirements
- Knowledge of e-hailing industry regulations and processes (e.g., PSV requirements, fleet compliance).
- Experience dealing with drivers or fleet operations.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and basic computer knowledge
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
- Must possess own transport (motorcar)
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping.
- Provide support to drivers on operational matters, queries, and backend system-related issues.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and coordination with service vendors
- Organize individual travel routines for drivers
- Process and report on office expenses
- Handle all administrative tasks
